Theething perhaps?

This little man of our is a drooling machine he is always drooling all over himself and on top of that he is always trying to put our hands and his own hands in his mouth to munch down on! He has been a bit more grumpy the last few days as well so I think that he teeth are starting to move around in his gums.

Here's the thing....

I am a mom and wife before anything else and I love that, I love that I have this mostly helpless little baby boy who relies on me for all of his major needs! I love that I am lucky enough to stay home all day with him and I'm very happy that I have an amazing husband who supports me and our baby boy so that I can stay with him and raise our son in our own home! I'm lucky that I have friends that respect that we have a baby and they still want to stick around and hang out with us even when he is grumpy and screaming and taking away our time with them! I wish things were different and people weren't misled and we were friends with these people sooner rather than later! I'm sad to say that this is not the case with some people, people who I thought would always be around, people who act like our life is over now, people who try and make us feel guilty for having our son. Well let me go ahead and put this out in the open for you....I am still the same person I have always been now I just have another role as a mom...if I cared that much about ending my social life I wouldn't have gotten pregnant in the first place! Life isn't about the little things like how many friends you have, or how much money you make (last time I checked money can't buy happiness). Life is about the memories you make with the ones you love and the ones who love you. That is what makes me the happiest girl in the world! Stop trying to make me feel bad for making a family of my own and moving on from the high school drama that was years ago. I'm moving on and making memories with the people who love and support us!

One Month...

In just one month my older brother and his wonderful fiance will he having my first nephew on my side of the family and I am so excited for them! Im so excited for Gav to have a cousin so close in age it will be fun to see them grow up and play together! It has been so much fun seeing my brothers with the little dude and I just can't wait to see Josh with his own son! You guys are and will be the best parents to little Ryder! We will miss all four of you when you move to PA!

3 Months!

So people warned me how fast time would pass once baby G was actually here but man I didn't think time would FLY by! Baby G is three months old I just can't believe it. He is so much more fun these days.

He loves to chat your ear off
Smiles and giggles at everything
Still in size one diapers
Kicks and wiggles more than ever
Loves sticking his tongue out
Watch out ladies he is a little flirt!
LOVES his Bumbo seat
Eats about 5 oz. every two hours
Still sleeps through the night (9:30-5:00)

Drools on everything

Gavin is so independent he loves to sit and play in his play gym and sit in his Bumbo and just look around and play with his hands! He loves to watch TV, the other night we were cleaning the bathroom and he got fussy after a few min of just sitting in his swing so I turned on Backyardigins on Netflix and moved his swing so he could see and his eyes got so wide and he got a huge smile on his face it was pretty stinkin cute not going to lie!
