12 Month Stats

Ok so we went to Gavin's doctors appointment yesterday and he is nice and healthy! Little but still healthy and happy! I have to tell this funny little story before I tell you his measurements....So at our doctors office we fill out a questionnaire at every well check up and on this one there was a question that said something like does your baby say Mama and Dada please circle one or both....so I circle mama. So the doctor comes in and says so Gavin isn't saying Dada yet? So I reply and say no he says Bob....she looks at me funny and says oh so he calls your husband by name? I respond by saying um well no my husbands name is Carl and she looked at me like I'm crazy and says who is Bob? I laughed and said we don't know a Bob and we both laughed pretty hard! Sorry if it's not as funny reading it but it was really funny maybe you had to be there.....He ended up only getting some of his one year shots at this check up. We will be getting the rest in the next few months.
Anyway here are the stats:
Height 29 in. 25th%
Weight 20 lbs. 10th % I promise I feed my child and he eats a ton!
Head I can't remember but 70th%

Fun things he is doing at 1 year old...
Loves to fake laugh
Loves bananas, apples, peaches etc.
Loves celery, carrots, cucumbers, green peppers, red peppers
Love his Papa
He loves to entertain he is a show off
Tries to talk and copy everyone
Takes a few steps and then sits down
Crawls so fast!
Dances every time there is music on
Drinks milk now and loves it
No more bottles
Size 3 diapers still
Loves dogs
Loves to read books
And I'm sure a lot more that I can't think of right now! He is so much fun and I can't believe he is already one! It's been such a fun and crazy adventure!

1 Year Old!!

Can you believe it?? Our baby is one year old! Gavin turned one yesterday February 4th, we had Gavin's first monster bash and it was so much fun! We had our families and closest friends come over to celebrate with us. Gavin is so lucky to have so many people that truly care about him and love him. It was so much fun to watch him dig into his cake and open all of his gifts! He is one spoiled little kid that for sure! We haven't been to his 12 month check up yet that one Wednesday so I will be sure to update his stats when we are done at the doctor’s office. I just want to give a HUGE shout out to one of my great friends Melissa Kemp for helping me out with soooo much for his little party! She made his cute cake and cupcakes for the party oh and she got him his adorable monster shirt he is wearing! Thanks girl!! Ok now here are some pictures from the party!
